If you're one of the millions of budding cooks around the world who would like to make your own Thai food, then a cooking class is for you.
Learn directly from professional Thai cooks who will teach you about the flavours, ingredients and techniques in cooking Thai food. You'll get to taste the food as you go. And finally, at the end of your class, you'll get an apron and certificate to take home with you.
1) Bai Pai Cooking School 1,800 Baht /person
Home-style learning & Traditional Thai cooking techniques
At this morning course at the Bai Pai Thai Cooking School, qualified Thai chefs teach the secrets of preparing Thai food. Lessons take place in a stylish fully-equipped Thai kitchen. All classes are hands-on and of a small size - never more than ten.
The courses run daily from Tuesday to Sunday, 2 courses a day: morning and afternoon. 1 courses (4 hours) features 1 set menu. Monday is a school weekly day off no classes. Morning class from 9 : 30 am to 1 : 30 pm, and Afternoon class from 1 : 30 pm to 5 : 30 pm. Pick up point at Sheraton's Lobby
2) Mai Kai Dee Cooking School - 1,200 Baht /person
Thai vegetarian & Vegan experience
Students are taken to the local market before every class to learn about Thai ingredients.
10 recipes are taught during the morning class:
Papaya Salad, Tom Yum, Issan Veg, Ginger Fried Tofu, Peanut Sauce, Pad Thai, Masaman Curry, Green Curry, Spring Roll & Pumpkin Hummus,
Morning cooking classes are held 9am to 1pm daily. Afternoon cooking classes are held 1pm to 5pm daily.
